Here we are going deeper into the event side of floristry. Here we create larger scale arrangements and perfect our mechanics and stability. We learn how to balance weight on larger scales and distribute it. When designing for plinths and backdrops, balance and proportion are key. We consider height and width and we choose flowers and foliage that complement its dimensions. Gradually, we build layers of color and texture, incorporating focal flowers that draw the eye. This is perfect for someone who would like to explore more of the event side of floristry, whether they would like to add to their own business or freelance and be ready!

  • 3-4 hours of 1:1 learning with Aaliyah

  • Prepping florals, prepping mechanics, arrangement construction, transport tips

  • You also get to keep your floral creations at the end of the workshop 

  • At the end of the workshop, you will also receive a short 30 second video refresher of the unit you do with me.
